Ordering process for print products
1. Order
Select print product, pay and receive order confirmation. Note the order number and use it in the next step.
2. File upload
Please upload your print motif as a PDF using the 'File upload' menu item above. If you do not have a finished motif, please send us individual graphics with an understandable description.
3. Layout approval
You will receive a print layout by email within 4 days and have the opportunity to inform us of your print approval or change requests. Production only begins after your final print approval.
4. Production & Shipment
We will inform you about every step, such as completion of production, shipping from China and estimated delivery time.

2.How does this online shop work?
Simply select your desired category via the Filter button in this shop area PRINT CUPS or Search for your desired products using our search field above.
Only products in the “stock items without print” category are in stock and immediately available. Print products are produced individually for you.
3.The product you want is not in our range?
Simply send us a photo of your desired product via the "file upload" area and you will receive an offer within 48 hours.
Our partner factories are able to produce every shape and size that exists.

4.Delivery times for print and stock goods?
Stock: 1-5 days

The delivery period for print products only begins with your print layout approval.
Pre-order stock items are products that are already on their way to our warehouse.
Important legal notices: - According to the Single-Use Plastics Fund Act (EWKFondsG), as of January 1, 2024, there is a statutory levy on single-use plastic containers and packaging for manufacturers of single-use plastics. The term "manufacturer" includes both us as importers and you as "fillers" according to §3 para. 3a EWKFondsG. Please contact buergerservice@uba.de to check the possible registration and levy obligations. All prices of our single-use cups already include the EWKFondsG levies. In the interest of environmental protection, we generally recommend switching to our reusable cups. - Please note that according to the Packaging Act, from January 1, 2023, only businesses with more than five employees and a sales area of over 80m² are obliged to introduce reusable cups. - All our cups containing plastic are printed with the corresponding label "Product contains plastic" in accordance with the Regulation on the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Hazardous Substances (EWK KennzV). - According to § 5 para. 1 No. 3 MessEV, the MessEG and MessEV are NOT applicable when dispensing the following beverages, so no calibration marks (calibration lines) are required: 1. Mixed drinks that are mixed from more than two beverages immediately before dispensing or whose essential component is a frozen or semi-frozen liquid. 2. Coffee, tea, cocoa, or chocolate drinks. 3. Foaming beverages, provided that opaque dispensing measures are used and it is ensured that, upon the customer's request and in his presence, the filling quantity is checked using a transfer measure and he is clearly informed of this possibility.
